Hi, I'm Olga aka Fluency Ninja.

I'm not a native speaker. I've spent over 30 years living and working in English, but I learned it as an adult — the slow way, the hard way. That feeling when you understand almost everything, but the words still don't come out the way you mean them to? I remember it all too well. When you're not a beginner anymore, but "fluent" still feels like it belongs to someone else.

I found my way through it. And for the last 16 years, I've been helping other people find theirs. That "stuck-at-intermediate student" is my favorite kind of student. On my channel, you won't find theory you'll never use and you definitely won't find any shortcuts... just the things that actually help.

You can't say much without words — but knowing a word and using it are two different things. Word Rounds is a speaking program that focuses on turning your passive vocabulary into words you can use in real conversations - in real time and under pressure.

Each round takes a word worth having and puts it to work in real sentences you say out loud — shadowing them after me, matching the rhythm, until the word stops feeling borrowed and starts feeling like yours. Some words will be new. Others you'll half-know already, but never quite reach for when the time comes.

The sentences - and the sessions - run longer and more demanding than a quick drill — because that's where the real practice lives. Not in single words, but in saying a full, natural sentence and having them come out right.

Regular sessions. Said aloud. The slow, real way fluency is actually built. No shortcuts. No magic tricks.

Currently available on my Instagram profile or on Patreon though subscription.

Stay in touch with me. No free PDFs. No clever tricks. No 5-day course that magically fixes your English.

Just me, staying in touch. A bit of behind the scenes now and then, and every so often a nudge — a small, gentle push to remind you that you want to learn English, that you decided this mattered.

Because fluency isn't built in classrooms. It's built in the small moments between everything else — and sometimes a reminder landing in your inbox on the right day is the whole thing.

No homework. Just a quiet nudge from someone who's on your side.
